赵霞，女，1991年生，河南商丘人，汉族，中共党员，博士。2014–2021年，武汉大学摄影测量与遥感专业攻读博士学位。2019–2021年，美国爱荷华州立大学联合培养博士研究生。2022年9月入职浙江财经大学。

1、浙江省自然科学基金探索青年项目，多源大数据支持下的城市精细时空粒度人口分布影响机制及估计方法研究，2024–2026，主持，在研。

2、国家自然科学基金面上项目，VIIRS夜光遥感日数据的时序分析及其在中巴经济走廊社会经济评估中的应用，2018–2021，参与，结题。

3、广州市城市规划勘测设计研究院项目，基于夜光遥感的粤港澳大湾区城市群时空格局研究，2019–2020，参与，结题。

4、测绘地理信息公益性行业科研专项项目，卫星遥感与地面传感网一体化的湖泊流域地理国情监测关键技术研究，2015–2016，参与，结题。
