导师简历:

1996年毕业于浙江大学建工学院结构工程专业,获工学硕士学位。1996年3月至今一直在浙江财经学院从事房地产及工程相关领域的教学科研工作,先后发表论文20余篇,主持省部级项目3项,厅局项目2项,参与国家级项目1项,获得2项国家发明专利和1项国家实用新型专利。在工作期间,获得本专业相关的两个职业资格证书:全国注册造价工程师、全国注册咨询工程师(投资)。在工程造价成本估算、房地产投资项目可行性论证方面具有法定的认证资格,是“双师型”教师。从事工程预算与决算审核、项目资产评估尤其是房地产评估、水利水电工程可行性研究方面的实践工作已有十余年,积累了一定的工程造价及工程咨询的实践经验。在建筑结构的形体、性能分析等领域有一定研究,特别在刚性索穹顶结构的研究方面,取得了一定的成果。2006-2010年曾任工商管理学院房地产与工程管理系副主任(主持工作)、工程管理专业负责人。
