王直民，男，工学博士，教授，硕士生导师，注册土木工程师、注册造价工程师、注册房地产估价师，浙江财经大学公共管理学院副院长，工程管理系主任。1992-1996年，浙江大学建筑工程专业本科，2001-2006年，浙江大学土木工程专业博士，1996-2001年，先后任职于中国联合工程公司（原机械工业部第二设计研究院）和浙江省耀江房地产开发公司，目前兼任浙江省房地产估价师协会估价技术委员会副主任、浙江省房地产估价技术仲裁委员会委员、浙江省房地产估价机构资质核准报告抽查评审专家、杭州市前期物业招投标评审专家、杭州市规划局规划方案评审专家等，长期从事工程与房地产的教学与科研，发表学术论文30多篇，主持各类科研课题10多项，其中省部级以上纵向课题5项。
