工程管理专业
浙江财经大学工程管理专业前身是1992年设立的投资与房地产专业，2003年开始招收工程管理专业本科生，2019年入选浙江省首批省级一流本科专业建设点，2021年获批工程管理专业硕士学位（MEM）授予权。本专业综合实力位居浙江省内高校前列，在近两年软科专业排名中位列全国工程管理专业前11%，为B+层次专业前列。
本专业面向浙江省和长三角新型城镇化、新型基础设施等领域的建设管理人才需求，依托浙江财经大学管理科学与工程、应用经济学、公共管理等学科优势，以项目投融资与成本管理主导的全过程工程管理与咨询为特色，培养工程基础扎实、财经知识丰富、公共意识强烈、国际视眼开阔、创新实践能力较强的复合型、创新创业型高素质建设管理人才。
专业师资力量雄厚，93%有博士学位，93%有海外留学或访学经历，师资拥有香港大学、清华大学、浙江大学、重庆大学、大连理工大学等知名高校教育背景。近三年，专业教师发表SCI/SSCI/CSSCI收录论文50多篇，主持国家级课题10余项、省部级课题30余项；共计培育省部级人才10人次。
经过30多年发展，本专业为行业培养了1000多名中高级工程建设管理人才。近3年本专业本科生发表学术论文、获“全国大学生智能建造与管理创新竞赛”“挑战杯”“互联网+”“国创计划”等省部级以上创新项目和创新竞赛成果50余项；近3年毕业生升学率28.7%，继续深造的学生中超半数进入清华大学、同济大学、重庆大学等双一流高校与美国西北大学、英国伦敦大学学院、香港大学等海外知名高校。浙江省教育评估院的外部调查表明本专业毕业生在毕业三年内37.8%获得晋升或表彰，高出全省平均水平10%；毕业三年后，薪酬水平高出全省平均水平20%；用人单位对近三年毕业生的实践动手能力、专业水平、创新能力、合作与协调能力及人际沟通能力评价均值95以上，高出全省平均水平3%。
The Major of Construction Management
The Major of Construction Management at Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics (ZUFE), originally established as the Major of Investment and Real Estate in 1992, began enrolling undergraduate students in construction management in 2003.It waslisted inthe firstpatch ofZhejiang Province top-tier undergraduate majorpilotin 2019.It obtained authorization to confer Master’s degrees in Engineering Management (MEM)in 2021. Positioned among the leading majors within universities in Zhejiang Province, it ranked in the top 11%(B+ level)nationally for construction management majors in the recent Soft Science ranking.
The Major is tailored to fulfill the demand for construction management talent in new urbanization and new infrastructure sectors in Zhejiang Province and the Yangtze River Delta. Leveraging the disciplinary strengths of ZUFE in Management Science and Engineering, Applied Economics, and Public Administration, thismajorspecializes in comprehensiveconstructionmanagement and consulting,emphasized onproject investment, financing, and cost management. It aims to cultivate high-quality, innovative construction management professionals who are well-versed in engineering fundamentals, affluent in financial and economic knowledge, possess a strong public consciousness, have a broad international perspective, and are capable of innovative practices.
The faculty of this Major is robust, with 93% holding Ph.D. degrees and 93% having overseas study or research experience, coming from prestigious institutions such as the University of Hong Kong, Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Chongqing University, and Dalian University of Technology. Over the past three years, they have published more than 50 research papers indexed by SCI/SSCI/CSSCI,chairedover 10 national projects and 30 provincial projects, andcultivated10 provincial level talents.
After more than 30 years of development, this Major has cultivated over 1000 mid-to-senior level talents for the engineering and construction management industry. In the past three years, undergraduates have published academic papers and achieved over 50 provincial or higher-level innovative project outcomes and competition awards.The postgraduate advancement rate over the past three years was 28.7%, with more than half of those continuing their studies at prestigious domestic and international institutions, including Tsinghua University, Tongji University, Chongqing University, Northwestern University in the USA, University College London in the UK, and the University of Hong Kong. According to an external survey by the Zhejiang Provincial Education Evaluation Institute, 37.8% of graduates received promotions or commendations within three yearsaftergraduation, exceeding the provincial average by 10%. Three yearsaftergraduation, their salary levels were 20% above the provincial average, and employer satisfaction with the graduates was rated above 95, surpassing the provincial average by 3%.
