土地资源管理专业

专业特色：土地资源管理专业面向新时代土地资源开发利用、国土空间规划等社会需求，在土地评价、国土空间规划、土地整治等方面积累了深厚实力，具有土地规划甲级资质。专业综合公共管理学、经济学、法学、信息科学等诸多学科知识和遥感监测、无人机测量等先进教学方法，培养熟练掌握我国土地管理方针、政策、法规和技术的创新型专门人才。现有教师13人，其中教授3人，副教授3人。教师入选浙江省宣传文化系统“五个一批”人才青年英才，浙江省高校领军人才拔尖人才，浙江省高校中青年学科带头人，浙江省“151”人才第三层次，浙江省“之江青年”社科学者等人才工程。近五年本系教师主持国家级课题4项，省部级以上研究课题10余项，年均科研经费300多万元。2021年全国软科排名位列全国第18名。

人才培养特色：以“财经+土管”和“数字+土管”为特色，构建起“国家需求-基础知识-科研能力-就业特长”一体化的人才培养模式。本专业强调大数据与先进技术在土地资源管理中的关键作用，培养学生应对复杂的土地规划和管理挑战的能力。我系学生获第十七届“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛全国二等奖；浙江省大学生课外学术科技竞争特等奖、中国土地学会优秀作品奖等多层次的奖项。本专业与地方部门深度合作，成为省内领先的面向社会发展需求的高素质复合型土管人才培养专业。本专业学生毕业后面向自然资源和规划局、土地整治中心、国土空间规划院、发改委、农业农村局、环保局、建设局等机关事业单位以及各类国土整治规划设计公司、房地产企业提供人才支撑，毕业生也可进一步考取本专业研究生或出国深造学习。

主干课程：土地管理学、土地经济学、土地法学、国土空间规划、土地信息系统、地籍测量与管理、房地产经营管理、土地整治与生态修复等。

本专业文理科学生兼招。

Land Resource Management

Faced with the new era's societal needs for land resources development, use and spatial planning, the major of Land Resource Management, which holds a certified grade A qualification, has acquired significant strength in land appraisal, land spatial planning and land consolidation .etc. This major incorporates knowledge from various disciplines including public administration, economics, law, and information science. It also integrates advanced teaching approaches such as remote sensing monitoring and unmanned aerial surveying. It aims to cultivate innovative specialists who are knowledgeable with China's land management guidelines, policies, regulations, and technologies. At present there are 13 teachersin the department, including three professors and three associate professors.A number ofteachers were elected as “Five-pronged” Young Talents of Zhejiang propaganda and culture system, Leading Talents of Zhejiang Province, University Young and Middle-aged Academic Leaders of Zhejiang Province, the Third Level of “151” Talents of Zhejiang Province and “Zhijiang Youth” Social Science Scholars of Zhejiang Province. In the past five years, teachers havedirectedfour national research projects, as well as more than ten provincial and ministerial research projects, with an average annual research budget of more than three million yuan. This major ranked 18th in the 2021 National Soft Science Ranking.

Talent training characteristics:Characterized by “Finance + Land Management” and “Digital + Land Management”, the department has developed a systematic talent training pattern that integrates "National Needs - Basic Knowledge - Research Ability - Career Specialties". The department highlights the significance of big data and advanced technology in land resource management, and it equips students to tackle the challenges of complex land planning and management. Students in the department have won the second prize of the 17th “Challenge Cup” National College Students’ Extracurricular Academic and Technological Works Competition, the special prize of Zhejiang College Students’ Extracurricular Academic and Technological Competition, and the excellent works prize of China Land Science Society. Through close collaboration with regional agencies, the department has emerged as the provincial preeminent provider of talent training for composite land management catering to the needs of social development. Students pursuing this major have access to a variety of agencies and institutions such as Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, Land Consolidation Center, Spatial Planning Institute, Development and Reform Commission, Agricultural and Rural Bureau, Environmental Protection Bureau and Construction Bureau. They also have the option of continuing their education overseas or doing postgraduate work in this area.

Main Courses:Land Management, Land Economics, Land Law, Territorial Spatial Planning, Land Information System, Cadastral Surveying and Management, Real Estate Business Management, Land Consolidation and Ecological Restoration.
